Privacy Policy

Your information should be treated with care.

This notice explains how JAHA handles information shared through the website and by email.

Information you choose to share

When you contact JAHA, you may provide your name, email address, organisation and information about your enquiry. JAHA uses that information to understand and respond to your message, manage a potential working relationship and keep an appropriate organisational record.

How the contact form works

The website contact form prepares an email link on your device, which you can open in your own email application. The website does not store the form contents before you send them. Once sent, the message is received and handled through JAHA's organisational email service.

Website data

JAHA does not currently use marketing analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The hosting provider may process limited technical logs needed for security, reliability and delivery of the service.

Sharing and retention

JAHA will not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers or project partners only where needed to respond, deliver agreed work, meet legal obligations or protect the organisation and its users. Records are kept only for as long as they remain necessary for those purposes.

Your questions and rights

You can ask about information JAHA holds in relation to your enquiry, request a correction or raise a privacy concern by emailing hello@jahaarts.org.uk.
